What does 'quantity' mean when ordering access to a course?
A quantity of '1' when ordering a course means that the course will be available for one person to take.
All individuals ordering a course for themselves would leave the quantity set at '1'.
Those wanting to arrange course access for more than one person would use 'quantity' to designate how many people -
if you want to take a course along with five other people in your company, you would order a quantity of '6'.

How long will I have to take each course?
For each course you order (or each course assigned to each student), you have 90 days to start each course.
From the point at which you first start a course, you then have 30 days to complete the course.
However many courses you wish to order, ensure you can begin them within 90 days.

Can I go through the courses more than once?
Yes. Referring to the 30-day window of time for you to complete each course that means you can access the course as often as you wish within that 30-day period.
The course allows three completions of the final test.
Upon completing the final test you can continue to review the course material until the 30-day period has lapsed.

What is a Group Manager, and is it difficult to be one?
'Group Manager' is how we refer to a person who chooses to order course access on behalf of others.
Anyone who orders courses for other than their own use (though a Group Manager may also take courses), be it for one person or 20, becomes the Group Manager for that account.
It is not difficult to be a Group Manager - the Group Manager is responsible for enrolling the other students and assigning the courses.
The Group Manager may also access three simple reports to track the progress of the enrolled students.

Can
Group Managers take courses as well?
Yes, Group Managers can take courses. When ordering your courses accesses,
simply be sure to count yourself as a student so you have enough seats.
When you are assigning courses to students, be sure to assign training for yourself.

What sort of reporting or proof is there that someone took
the training?
For individuals, the ‘completion certificate’ is your proof of completing the training.
For the Group Manager, three reports are available to track the courses and enrolled students,
which you can print or export to a spreadsheet.
Group Managers may also print student certificates.

What are
the ‘Certificates of Completion’?
As part of the reporting process, each student (and their Group Manager) may print out a certificate of completion upon conclusion of the course.
