Upon successful course completion, the student will receive a Department of Labor OSHA General Industry 10-hour course completion card. This course has been reviewed and approved by the OSHA Training Institute and Coastal is authorized to issue completion cards. Program review:

• This course is entirely online and available 24x7 from any point of internet access.
  

• If you wish to review the technical requirements for viewing this course, please do so here  (Adobe Acrobat Required). Note that this course makes use of video.
  

• This course will take a minimum of 10 hours of contact time.
  

• Each student has a full six months of access time to complete the entire course.
  

• The course will automatically log off if inactive for 20 minutes. Automatic bookmarking ensures you can return to the point at which you left the course.
  

• This course is divided into ten topics each of which requires successful completion of a test before advancing to the next topic. A score of 70% must be achieved on each topic test. Each test may be taken a maximum of three times - the system will retain the highest score achieved.
  

• A review of the topic test and final test questions answered incorrectly will be emailed to you.
  

• A comprehensive final exam will take questions from each of the ten topics and a score of 70% is required to earn the OSHA card. The final test can be taken a maximum of three times.
  

• A certificate of completion can be printed after the successful completion of the final exam.
  

• The actual OSHA certification cards will be mailed in 10-12 weeks, providing the minimum score requirements are met.
